Your reception and crew aboard were terrefic during the whole flight. The only disappointment was that my husband and me were promised to fly with the dreamliner, both to and from Amsterdam but were informed that the plane was changed for a 767 at the last minute. We then paid fls. 500.= extra to return in the dreamliner. On our return flight we also paid for confort class, entertainment and 2 seats, window and middle seat and never received it.Upon boarding we were informed that our seat numbers were changed; no window seat etc, and we were not in the comfort zone as we had paid for. Also they didn't have registerd that we had paid for entertainment. We were thankful for the nice stewardess who tried to make our flight pleasant. Hope you can work on these matters. I'm traveling again in December and hope not to have to experience the same.
