The Monterrey Trading Company was founded in 1966 by current President and Owner, Nachman Grynsztein. Starting with 1 store on Main street in Otrobanda part of Willemstad, Curacao, the business had grown to 7 stores on the island of Curacao and 3 on the island of Aruba. The store’s name was Monterrey Trading Company and it catered mainly to the Tourist coming to the island as well as the local population. With variety and offering a diverse line of goods complemented by seasonal products brought success beyond dreams. The business focused on both retail and wholesale products adding commercial real estate in the last decade.
