The IBB offers an orientation course for young talents whom are selected through scouting and then guided and supported towards a future in the creative field.

The Instituto Buena Bista has 3 functions
- een international project platform
- an ‘artist in residence’
- an educational track

These 3 tracks are interconnected which enables students and artists to make this institution an energetic and interactive art center that radiates both locally and internationally and to expand that network.
