Hajimaru Sushi & Jazz opened it’s doors, on Curaçao, to the Sushi & Jazz lovers in May 2014. Our Chefs have been carefully selected, based on their culinary skills and have put together an amazing menu with taste full Japanese platters. Hajimaru also provides a few international dishes for the non-Sushi eaters to accommodate groups with a different food taste, to enjoy dining at Hajimaru. A combination of sushi with great jazz provides an opportunity to experience a unique mix of cultures. The ambience at Hajimaru is very important to us and is reason why we host the islands best jazz musicians while renowned international jazz artists from around the world will be performing live.

Mooi restaurant en aardige eigenaar. Relaxte sfeer. Het is eten is oké, wel te duur en kleine porties. leuk om een keertje te proberen als er live muziek is.
