Project Managers
Responsible for reporting to management and overview of planning, monitoring and directing the project and work activities. Managing changes to the contract and implementing the quality system to meet project requirements is key to this position.
Procurement Specialist
In charge of purchasing all critical materials and supplies for the project. Reviews and advises project managers on critical equipment and materials. Coordinates the purchasing process, including material tracking to job site for handover to Job Preparers and Material Expeditors.
Safety Managers and Safety Officers
Provide a 'full compliance approach' and versed on international OSHA methods. Our managers are responsible for the overall execution of the safety program. Charged to promote and achieve zero accidents, injuries, and illnesses. Implements the safety program and assures adherence to the safety program by monitoring, inspecting and observing work in progress, including: the emergency action plan, safety meetings, communications, SAP/JSA compliance, site training, record keeping, first aid, incident investigation, record keeping, compliance in confined space work, fall protection/ladders, line-breaking, blinding, bolting, LOTO, fire watch/prevention, permitting and other elements of the field safety program.
Officers are charged to achieve Zero incidents during the course of the turnaround or project. Field walkthrough inspections, surveillances and observations are the main tasks with responsibility to identify at-risk behaviors and stop imminent danger situations. The associate will assist the SM in incident investigations, documentation and reporting as well as assisting in safety meetings, SAP meetings, confined space atmosphere monitoring, and training.
Quality Managers and Quality Inspectors
Establish the project organisation necessary for the development and implementation of the project quality system and assigning the responsibility for assuring implementation of the system directly to the site management and to project quality control and assurance (QA/QC) lead inspector. Our quality personnel are well versed on ASTM, ASME, API, NEN, EU PED and their derivatives.
Project Planners
The overall project planning and scheduling is the assigned task of the Project Planners. Their functions are to supervise, in cooperation with the project managers, the activities of the planning department and to monitor the progress of the project.
Project Engineers
The technical leader of a project. In accordance with the requirements, responsible for design criteria definition and review that needs to be followed during the project execution.
Field Engineers
Responsible for the technical site activities at the Job. Involved in installing and commissioning according to contractual requirements and interfacing with the technical department.
Job Preparers
A critical position to our execution field team. Our job preparers ensure on time materials for respective field teams and disciplines.
Material Expeditors
Compiles and maintains material and parts inventory and status information to expedite movement of material and parts to our job sites.
Superintendents
Superintends our field organisations and all related activities. Our superintendents are individuals with broad perspective on the applicable skills and disciplines.
Supervisors
Our Supervisors are individuals with background and skill in defined disciplines, and they will verify that works are carried out as designed, in their own discipline.
Foremans
Provides direction to craftsman field teams of 10 people or less.
Plant Mechanics
Our Plant Mechanics are skilled individuals with regard to the use of heavy tools and equipment for mechanical repairs and construction accustomed in environments such as workshops, live equipment or cold units.
Machine Mechanics
Our machine mechanics install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair stationary mechanical equipment. From inspecting, repairing, cleaning and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment, operating overhead cranes to move machinery, operating grinders to build parts for maintenance of machinery and equipment to reading and interpreting blueprints and schematic drawings.
