Based in the Waterfront Arches.The restaurant’s centerpiece is a caribbean-style Dal Toro, which is indoors and overlooks the seafront. The outdoor seating is along the edge of the fort and overlooks the Caribbean sea. The menu change daily but might include a pasta dish such as tagliatelle with pesto and shrimp or pumpkin ravioli with ricotta and bacon but also pizzas. Some dishes have a touch of island panache, such as grilled salmon with béarnaise sauce.
